  • No guarantee of profits, income, or successful trades is provided.
  • Learned strategies are no promise of future success, and the application of knowledge is at the customer’s own risk.
  • Legal basis:
    • Section 675 (2) BGB (German Civil Code) – Exclusion of liability for financial losses from content use.
    • Section 307 BGB – No unfair promises, no liability for false expectations.

7. Legal Actions Against False Reviews, Insults & Misrepresentation

(1) BullMoon Finance will take legal action in the event of:

  • Insults (Section 185 StGB)
  • Defamation (Section 186 StGB)
  • Malicious falsehood (Section 187 StGB)
  • Compensation claims for personality rights violations (Section 823 BGB)
  • Damaging credit reputation (Section 824 BGB)
  • Immoral intentional damage (Section 826 BGB)
  • Unfair competition (Section 3 UWG)

(2) This includes but is not limited to:

  • Public statements like “Why don’t I get everything?” when services were fully provided.
  • False reviews on platforms like Google, Trustpilot, or YouTube comments.
  • Insults against BullMoon Finance, partners, or employees.
  • Misrepresentations of services, earnings, or performance.

(3) Customers explicitly agree to these terms when placing an order or using the content.
